Visa & Study Consulting

Korea-led.
Honestly told.

We're Korea specialists — that's where we've walked 100+ Nepali students from first day of class to landing in Seoul. For other countries, we offer honest case-by-case consulting, only when we believe we can help.

What we won't do
  • ×Promise visa approval (no honest agency can)
  • ×Charge hidden fees mid-process
  • ×Take your case if your profile won't pass
  • ×Pretend to be experts in countries we haven't served
Korean visa pathway

The four routes to Korea.

Each path has its own profile, timeline, and documentation. We'll tell you which one fits.

D-2

Degree visa

For students enrolled in Korean university Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD programs. We support shortlisting, applications, and visa filing.

D-4

Language program visa

For students enrolled in approved Korean language institutes (1+ year programs). The most common path before transitioning to D-2.

EPS (E-9)

Employment permit

Korea's labor migration program for Nepal. Requires EPS-TOPIK pass + lottery selection + sponsoring employer.

GKS

Scholarship pathway

Global Korea Scholarship — government-funded for academically strong applicants. We coach 6–8 candidates per cycle.

How we work

Four stages, end-to-end.

Profile assessment

Honest read of your academic record, language proficiency, finances, and timeline. We tell you what's realistic — not what's flattering.

Application support

University shortlisting, application filing, SOP/personal statement coaching, recommendation letter strategy, document apostille.

Visa filing

Document preparation, financial structuring, mock visa interview, embassy submission. We don't promise outcomes — we maximize your odds.

Pre-departure

Orientation, accommodation guidance, airport reception in Seoul/major Korean cities, post-arrival check-ins for 6 months.

Common questions

The honest answers.

  • Why is your visa work focused on Korea?

Because that's where we have a track record. We've supported 100+ EPS-TOPIK passers, 4 GKS scholars, and Korean university placements every year since 2020. We won't pretend to be experts in countries we haven't sent students to.

  • Can you help with visa for the US, UK, Australia, or Canada?

Sometimes. We offer honest, case-by-case consulting when we genuinely believe we can add value — typically when a student already has strong fundamentals (test scores, university offer) and needs help with documentation. We turn down cases where we can't realistically improve your odds.

  • Do you guarantee visa approval?

No, and beware anyone who does. Visa decisions are made by embassies based on their criteria, not by consultancies. What we guarantee: thorough preparation, brutally honest profile assessment up-front, and refunds for any unused service if your case doesn't progress.

  • What does the visa support cost?

Korean visa support is bundled with our Korean program enrollments — no separate fee. Standalone visa consulting (for students who already have offers but need filing help) starts at NPR 15,000. All fees are written and disclosed up-front.
